Liebe Verantwortliche für Personalmarketing und Recruiting in der Diakonie,

hier kommt eine neue Newsletter-Ausgabe!

Fünf Träger der Diakonie haben in einem von der Diakonie Deutschland finanzierten Pilotprojekt das Recruiting Tool Care Rockets getestet. Die Plattform bringt Pflegekräfte mit konkreten Wünschen und Arbeitgeber mit passenden Angeboten zusammen. Zwei Träger haben sehr gute Ergebnisse erzielt, zwei Träger haben die Testphase verlängert. Wir haben mit Care Rockets Sonderkonditionen für diakonische Arbeitgeber verhandelt. Der Erfahrungsbericht mit dem Link zu den Sonderkonditionen liegt hier als Onlineversion und hier als PDF vor, wobei die Onlineversion ständig aktualisiert wird.

Damit Ihre Stellenanzeigen bei Google Jobs noch besser gefunden werden, haben wir in der gemeinsamen Stellenbörse von Diakonie und EKD die Möglichkeit eingebaut, eine Gehaltsspanne anzugeben (brutto/Monat). Wir empfehlen unbedingt, dieses optionale Feld beim Einstellen der Stellenanzeige auszufüllen, da Google Jobs sonst eigenwillige Gehaltsschätzungen oder (falsche) Gehaltsangaben aus anderen Quellen ergänzt. Eine Beispielanzeige mit Gehaltsangabe finden Sie hier (siehe linke Spalte).

Personalmarketing braucht viel Videomaterial. Nicht für jedes Projekt können sich diakonische Unternehmen eine professionelle Produktion leisten. Eine Alternative sind kostenlose Videoschnitt-Apps für das Smartphone oder kostenpflichtige Anbieter wie Wibbitz und Wochit, mit denen auch Laien in wenigen einfachen Schritten ein Video zusammenklicken können. Dabei kann eigenes Bildmaterial oder Rohmaterial des Anbieters verwendet werden. Zu Wibbitz hatte ich schon berichtet, aktuell läuft in der Onlineredaktion der Diakonie Deutschland eine Testphase mit Wochit. Ich habe damit ein nicht ganz perfektes, aber schnell realisiertes Video zum Influencer Personalmarketing bei der Diakonie erstellt.
